By enrolling your child in Scribblei’s programs, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Educational Intent: All programs provided by Scribblei are designed for educational purposes and to foster creativity in a safe and supportive environment. We aim to facilitate positive learning experiences for all participants.

2. Monitoring and Recording: Please be advised that all sessions will be monitored and recorded for the safety and protection of both students and instructors. This ensures accountability and allows us to maintain high standards of program delivery.

3. Parental Oversight: Parents are required to provide consent through signed contracts and documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and liability waivers (as applicable). These documents ensure that both the organization and the parents understand their responsibilities and expectations regarding student participation.

4.Parent’s must supervise children at all times, otherwise under parents strict consent during any interaction or use of the AI Tools Platform. We are not held responsible for any content generated from using such platform, as AI can sometimes be unpredictable and based on exact prompts implemented during generation processing.

Anti-Bullying Policy
Scribblei is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all participants. This Anti-Bullying Policy outlines expected behaviors and the consequences of unacceptable behavior during all programs:

1. Good Behavior Expectations: All students are expected to demonstrate kindness, respect, and cooperation towards their peers and instructors. This includes, but is not limited to:
– No hitting, yelling, or physical aggression of any kind.
– Respectful communication without disturbing other students or interrupting sessions.
– No talking back to instructors or refusing to participate in group activities or individual projects.

2. Prohibited Conduct:
– Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind, including cyberbullying, is strictly forbidden.
– Visiting inappropriate websites or creating/engaging in inappropriate content during sessions is not allowed.
– Engaging in disruptive behavior that detracts from the learning experience of others.

3. Consequences for Misbehavior:
– If a student is found in violation of these policies, they will receive one warning regarding their behavior.
– Following the warning, if inappropriate behavior continues, parents will be notified, and the student may be removed from the program due to continued ill behavior.
